The range covers all machines from graders to wheel loaders and bulldozers. The blades are made of boron manganese steel, and are machined then quenched and tempered to around 50 HRc. Thanks to the boron-manganese alloy, this steel is characterised by particularly high strength after heat treatment, making the blades ideal for applications with very high demands. The steel’s high carbon content prevents premature wear and ensures the longest possible service life.

 

However, a quality product is not only characterised by the use of high-quality materials and special care during production, the way it is handled by the user is also important. This is why VeRoTools ensures a high level of fitting accuracy throughout the development and production of their blades. The blades are comparable with OEM products and can therefore be mounted easily.
