The POWERDUCTION 37LG induction heater heats and loosens stuck steel and aluminum parts in the shortest possible time. With the liquid-cooled POWERDUCTION 37LG, metallic workpieces can also be heated continuously over a longer period of time.
The ideal equipment for mechanics and maintenance :
- Necessary for unlocking steering linkages (wheel alignment).
- Removal of glow plugs, stuck wiper arms, baskets of spare wheels.
- loosening of bolts of tie rod ends without damaging axle boots.
- disassembly of drive shafts in the wheel hub.
- disassembly of car and truck exhaust systems.
- disassembly of bonded steel and aluminum body joints.
Heating power:
3700W adjustable in 250W steps. Metals are heated up to 6mm depth. Within one second a metallic workpiece 8×13×5mm becomes red hot (1000°C).
Safe and time-saving:
Targeted and spot heating without flame. Workpieces near cables,pipes or other heat-sensitive parts can be machined without disassembly.
