The TITANIUM 400 AC/DC is a powerful TIG AC/DC power source (400 A to 60%) for various welding processes (TIG AC, DC, MMA). The device allows welding of all materials: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium. Also for welding in thin sheet metal. Pulse mode reduces deformation and ensures better arc control. A particularly user-friendly control panel makes setting welding parameters quick and easy.
AUTOMATION AND ROBOTICS
- Connect 5 mode for automated device control.
- Connectable by control unit (optional) for robotic use.
OPTIMIZED SETTINGS
- 4 spot welding modes:- SPOT / SPOT DELAI: Spot welding function for tacking workpieces before theactual welding process.- TACK / TACK DELAI: special spot welding function for particularly accurate, non-oxidized spot welds with reduced risk of deformation. The spot welds are invisible in theinvisible.
- 2 ignition modes: non-contact HF ignition or LIFT ignition by contact for high frequency sensitive environments.
- 3 torch probe modes: 2T, 4T and 4T LOG
