Type DO - assembly kits

DO cylinder assembly kits consist of
• Cylinder tube with weld-on fitting
• Piston rod with lock nut
• Piston with seals
• Cap nut with seals
• Weld-on cylinder base
• Weld-on fitting

By shortening the cylinder tube and the piston rod where appropriate, the cylinder stroke can be limited to the desired extent. The piston and piston rod, as well as the cylinder tube and cap nut, are screwed together. The cylinder base and a fitting must be welded on. Cylinder fixings must also be welded on. The maximum permissible operating pressure depends on the maximum permissible buckling load.
