Test runs
If we fix something, we also check it. We subject all hydraulic units repaired by us, as well as new systems, to a direct test run. To prevent contamination of the test stand by existing defects or contamination, we also test all units repaired or used by external service providers.
Our focus is on rotary drive units. A test is possible up to a displacement or delivery volume of 350 ccm/rev and a total power of 160 kW. The transmission test bench used at Jetschke was specially designed by experts for testing compact power packs. Compact power packs can be found in agricultural machines from the manufacturers CASE, CLAAS, DEUTZ, VALTRA, NEW HOLLAND and STEYR.
For further tests, for example of wheel motors, our stationary hydraulic power pack with a drive power of 22kW is used. It is equipped with a variable displacement open circuit pump (8HPR105-02) and a variable displacement axial piston pump (HPV075-02).
We would be pleased to provide you, upon request, with the test report prepared during all tests, which includes all the relevant data.
