Preferred areas of application:
The single-acting telescopic cylinders are designed mainly as tipping cylinders for agricultural trailers with 2-side tipping. Stroke limitation is provided to prevent the cylinder being driven to its end stop. Swivel angle max. 27°-30°

Design principle:
The telescopic cylinder types listed have a plunger-type design with a seal at the piston rod end. Suspension pins with a cardan ring are located on the cylinder housing. The last piston step has a hole. A tried and tested snap ring design combined with low-wear stripping and sealing elements made ​​of polyurethane ensure reliability and low lubricant film thickness.

Seal assembly: Tried and tested standard groove rings and scrapers made ​​of polyurethane ensure low lubricant film thickness and good scraping effect.
Stroke speed range: up to 0.1 m/s
Temperature range: from -10 to +80°C
Hydraulic fluid: mineral oil or bio-oils (after consultation). Viscosity 10 to 300 cst.
Rated pressure: Rated pressure 200 bar. Test pressure 220 bar.
Piston rod design: the extending piston steps are hard chrome-plated. The installation, operating and maintenance instructions must be observed.

Advantages: ISO 9001 certificate, primed surface, chrome-plated stepped tubes, high rated pressure. Bleed screw from piston diameter 75 mm and upwards.
