The TITANIUM 400 AC/DC is a powerful TIG AC/DC power source (400 A up to 60%) for various welding processes (TIG AC, DC, MMA). The device allows all materials to be welded: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium. Also for welding thin sheet metal. Pulse mode reduces deformation and ensures better arc control. A user-friendly control panel makes setting the welding parameters quick and easy.
AUTOMATION AND ROBOTICS
- Connect 5 mode for automated device control.
- Can be connected via control unit (optional) for use of robots.
OPTIMISED SETTINGS
- 4 spot welding modes: - SPOT / SPOT DELAI: spot welding function for tacking the workpieces before the actual welding process. - TACK / TACK DELAI: special spot welding function for precise, non-oxidised spot welds with reduced risk of deformation. The spot welds are invisible in the weld seam.
- 2 ignition types: contactless HF ignition or LIFT ignition by contact for high frequency-sensitive environments.
- 3 torch trigger modes: 2T, 4T and 4T LOG
