Battery monitoring via Bluetooth:

With the Battery Guard and app, the battery's state of charge can be checked quickly and easily via smartphone (iPhone and Android) - because only a fully charged vehicle battery is truly reliable and delivers maximum voltage and capacity.

After downloading the Battery Guard app from the App Store/Google Play and connecting the Battery Guard to the battery, the transmitter can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth. The battery’s state of charge can be monitored straight away.

Correct voltage values:
Full capacity and usability can only be guaranteed if the battery has a constant, positive state of charge. The positive state of charge also prevents any premature damage or failure. Appropriate recharging of a 12 volt battery below 12.50 volts is strongly recommended. To obtain a correct measurement, the vehicle should not be moved for at least 3 hours. Connected consumers such as lights, vehicle electronics etc. must not be active.

12V:
- up to 12.02 volts: deeply discharged
- 12.03 to 12.09 volts: discharged
- 12.10 to 12.50 volts: partially charged - from 12.5 volts: charged
