1) Select a splice connector of suitable size and push the 7.5 mm stripped wires into the crimp sleeve. 2) The colour of the splice connector must match the colour of the recess of the crimping tool. 3) Crimp the connectors. 4) Heat crimped splice connector with hot air tool until the insulation sleeve shrinks and the special adhesive melts and flows. Temperature range: -55° C to +125° C. The crimp connectors comply with the dimensional requirements of DIN 46234.
