Wear gauge for forks

TREX.PARTS Inspection guide/wear gauge DE
Technical data:
The condition of the forks can be easily checked
with a fork wear gauge.

Why is it important to measure wear?

If the percentage of wear is 10%, the capacity of the forks decreases by no less than 20%.
Therefore, we have to take into account the regulations (ISO 5057),
which state that if only 90% of the original fork thickness
remains, the fork must be considered worn.
