- Description:
- Fully sealed metal powder cored wire electrode for single- or multi-layer welding without intermediate cleaning. Can be used in short and spray arcs. This electrode is characterised by a low-spatter arc, smooth weld seam surface and secure penetration with good mechanical quality values at low temperatures (-60°C). Thanks to its good ignition and re-ignition properties, the electrode is particularly suitable for automation and robot use. Areas of application include steel, ship, vehicle and container construction, as well as pipeline construction. The product can be used in sour gas applications. (HIC tested according to NACE TM-0284). Inert gases: (EN ISO 14175) M21, M20, C1.

- Fully sealed, copper-plated rutile cored wire electrode for single- or multi-layer welding of carbon-manganese steels or fine-grained structural steels using mixed gas or pure carbon dioxide as inert gas. This product is characterised by good processing ability, especially for forced position welding, low spatter formation, smooth seam appearance and easy slag removal. The product can be used in sour gas applications. (HIC tested according to NACE TM-0284). Inert gases: (EN ISO 14175) M21 - M35; C1.
