Wire electrode SG3

Copper-plated wire electrode universally applicable in tank, boiler and construction building. Largely spatter-free material transition under mixed gases and CO2. Thanks to the high current carrying capacity, the best conditions are achieved when welding thick sheets. For vertical down welds use small wire diameter. The non-copper-plated version of this solid wire electrode (of equally high quality) is also available, and has been designed to ensure minimal spatter and the best feeding properties even at high wire feed speeds. These versions are used in particular for automated welding operations.
