- Description:
- Remanufacturing - the refurbishment of used components - is the extremely popular. Disassembly is child's play with our PTO shaft assembly station. It allows PTO shafts of different sizes and from different manufacturers to be disassembled and successfully repaired. The vice supplied can be used for removing and installing the roll pins. It can also be used to cut new profile and protective tubes to size. At station one - the profile tube yoke tower - the profile tube yoke can be disassembled or assembled after a successful repair. The station is operated with three double-acting cylinders. Cylinders one and two are responsible for removing and fitting the profile tube yoke. Cylinder three secures the profile during the machining process. At the second station - the universal joint tower - you can (dis)assemble the universal joints. A double-acting cylinder is also used here. Cylinder four is responsible for pushing the universal joints out and pressing them into the profile tube yoke. The vice at station two is needed for holding and pushing out the universal joint bearings. The control panel is swivel-mounted on the workbench, but can also be removed and placed next to the individual stations. Labelled with all important functions, it ensures safe handling. All the necessary hand and power tools can be used for different sizes and manufacturers. There is also sufficient space for any additional tools required. The assembly station is operated electro-hydraulically. Electrical control is possible via the control box and the 24 V directional control valves. The hydraulic functions and the supply for the four cylinders are ensured via the drive unit. The working pressure has been adjusted at all stations to enable efficient and safe work. The drive unit works with 1.5 kW and is operated with a nominal voltage of 400 V.
