Medium-strength threadlocker. Universal. Suitable for all threaded connections made of metal. LOCTITE® 243 is a universal, medium-strength threadlocker. This product seals and secures screws, nuts and studs against loosening as a result of vibrations. Suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised surfaces. Proven tolerance to minor contamination by industrial oils, e.g. engine, corrosion protection and cutting oils.

- LOCTITE® 243™ wird zum Sichern und Dichten von Gewindeverbindungen eingesetzt, die mit normalem Handwerkzeug demontiert werden müssen.Das Produkt härtet unter Luftabschluss zwischen enganliegenden Metallflächen aus und verhindert selbständiges Losdrehen und Undichtheiten durch Stöße und Vibrationen.Durch sein thixotropes Verhalten verringert LOCTITE® 243™ das Abwandern des flüssigen Produktes nach dem Auftragen auf das Bauteil. LOCTITE® 243™ erzielt robuste Aushärteleistungen.
Das Produkt erzielt hohe Temperatur- und Ölbeständigkeit. Es toleriert geringe Verunreinigungen der Oberflächen durch verschiedene Öle wie Schneid-, Schmier-, Antikorrosions- und Schutzöle. - Area of application:
