The stainless steel injector, installed via a T-piece between the output of the high-pressure unit and the original spraying device, with high-pressure foam lance is particularly suitable for professional cleaning of heavy goods vehicles used by hauliers or in the food industry as well as for applications in industrial foam cleaning.

The connection of injector unit to high-pressure foam lance is ensured via an optional high-pressure hose of up to 40 m in length. The existing spray device is used for cleaning and rinsing operations. The fact that detergent can be made available directly at the foam lance without switching to the device or changing accessories means that huge savings on detergent and time can be achieved.

The handling of the structure can be further simplified and efficiency can be increased by integrating two hose reels. The unit can be used with almost all commercially available high-pressure cleaning equipment up to 310 bar and max. 90°C.
