Common rail injectors achieve optimum vaporisation using high pressures (up to 2500 bar) and the finest injection openings. Only injectors functioning faultlessly can create these conditions in all engine temperature and speed ranges. This is why comprehensive mechanical tests are essential in the event of faults within the injection system.
These tests include measuring the return flow volumes of individual injectors, low pressure testing of the delivery pressures, and checking vehicle operation in tank replacement mode in order to locate faulty components.
The patented system for testing the function of high-pressure injectors in circulation systems is compatible with all systems.
